  2. sir, i want to complain regarding the atrocious attitude of the bsnl customer care staff working in puttur taluk of DK district of karnataka. I being a government doctor went to complain regarding deactivation of my CUG sim. I was made to go from one table to another until i had told the same complaint to every staff of theirs. Then an employee named Manjunath who was supposed to sort out my problem was very rude and used derogatory and abusive words when i again went to him. I want stern action taken against this person in particular. If not I will be forced to take other legal measures.

    1. It is better to have some proofs before taking any legal action against any employee. Without any proof, you will not last long. I would advice you to collect the proof before taking any legal action. Also bring the issue on consumer forum where your voice will be heard.

  6. I have surrendered my landline Number 08025664805 on 18.03.2015 at RammurthNagar Bangalore as I have shifted to Whitefield.
    While surrendering the phone I was told that the I will get my Deposit refund, within 2-3 months. Whenever I contacted the BSNL R T Nagar Branch after July 2015, I was told that my cheque for Rs 2200/ will be ready within 15 days. On 25th November 2015 I received Rs 220/- only. Subsequently whenever I contact R T Nagar BSNL I get the reply that I will receive the balance amount of Rs 2000/- within a couple of weeks. Today ie on 12.02.2016 when I again contacted the office I was informed that they will send the cheque when they receive it. I was also told to go to the office and enquire if I want any other particulars in this case.

    Please let me know whether BSNL is so hard-pressed to settle the customers amount that too without interest which was deposited nearly 20 years back. The amount deposited at that time was Rs 3000/-.

  8. I am using Mobile Internet plan ( unlimited) of 399 for last 4-5 months. According to it you get 3g speed upto 2GB and after that the speed reduces to 80 kbps. I would like to inform you that my land phone (No.033-24186831) line become out of order ( no dial tone/ unable to do out going calls) for a long period.I lodged complains so many times without any outcome.However every month I am getting the telephone bill as usual & without fail I am doing the payment through net banking as early as possible.I am a senior citizen & suffering from many aging problems,so you can well understand that a land phone is how much important for me.

  20. Our broad band telephone no is 26430858 . I am unable to use my broad band connection for the past one week since it is getting renewed from 5th May based on my request dated 30/04/2016. I have registered complaint on 6th May thro BSNL Toll No 198 and also today 12th May at 3 30 pm and the docket number 1156 3112 1962.     I made a request for change of broadband plan on 2 June 2016
    but status shows no progress but open. Bsnl says all channels of communication is spread over the website. But, being a broadband service provider and email service provider, bsnl has resorted to the boring customer care number ignoring or hiding one best communication channel which is email. What is the problem with email communication? I hate phone contact or support since it leaves no footage to its advantage.
    But for email communication, one can’t narrate one’s problem and seek solution thereof. It devolves on bsnl to keep this channel of communication open for at least registered users.

  39. I booked one number from bsnl website and a number was allotted to me which is “9482132117”. I went to the nearest bsnl customer care to get the SIM for this number and gave all the documents. I went there n saturday 18 june afternoon.
    The guy over there told me to give 107 is for top up and 20 rupee SIM charge. I asked him when it will be active, He told me today(Saturday) within 6.30 it will be active, and 100 rupee talk time will be credited.

    The situation is like still the SIM is not activated and the 100 rupee is not credited.

  44. Regarding Complaint of BSNL Broadband (Slow Speed)
    We are customers of BSNL Broadband since years and we are having complaints for using it. Our complaints were solved from time to time. But this time, since 6 months we are not getting the proper speed which the company claims to provide as per the tariff plans. We have complaint many times about this to the local SDO, but of no use. They provide only temporary solution to this and say that this problem is not ours, it is from the back end (Banglore). And this problem is not only mine but all the customers of this area are facing the same problem.
    So at last we have to write this to you. So that you should take proper and immediate action regarding this.
