    This day i’ve received one intimation dated 07/04/2016 stating revised credit limit to Rs. 27000 for my credit card 4893-7708-0007-1466, but I’m not getting any monthly bill/ statement for a couple of months. I would like to confirm you that I intend to pay my outstanding dues to this effect. On the other hand I am surprised for the fact that in this week I’ve also received earlier to this letter as greetings, dated 09/03/2016 with fresh hdfc credit card along with add on card for my spouse, number remain same but limit is 35000/-; so my change of address doesn’t matter for delivery man but it matters for me for paying dues which may attract late payment for no fault on my part. Hope you will revert to my email promptly. please help me so that as quick as possible I can discontinue this credit card service being less bothered to this irregularities . Rather I’m interested to be associated as your bank customer / good investment policies. Now you see your onward steps, please.

  5. I am very disappointed from HDFC Bank representative commitment… They are totally fake .. PL within 1 Min… last 7 working day I didn’t get credit into my ac… loan approve on 18 th June but amount not credit yet….

    I told to every one don’t take chance….. very slow and unknowledgeble staff….

    I am to inform you that I Mrutyunjay Dash resident of F/60, Utkal University Staff Colony,P/O: Vanivihar, P/S: Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751004, Odisha India is a customer of your Credit Card Division. I was Issued by your Credit Card Division a Platinum edge Credit Card having the Number: 4893 7712 0072 4811 on December 2014 & was valid up to December 2017 as well as the Credit Limit was Rs 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Only). My Regd. Mobile Number: +91-8457897750.

    Your Company HDFC Bank had issued me a Health Surakshya Policy No 2952201101666800000/1 from 23rd July 2015 to 22nd June 2017 having the Sum Assure Rs 3,00,000.00(Three Lakhs Only) and Premium (Inclusive of Service Tax) Rs 9,944.00 ( Rupees Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fourty Four Only).

    I had requested your HDFC Bank Credit Card Division to cancel my policy, as it was not suitable to me on the month of November 2015.

    On the base of my request :
    I got 1st Call from Neelam on dated 16th November 2015 on 12.10 & got the Assurance to close the policy (Detail recording Conversion in attachment)

    I got 2nd Call from HDFC Bank Banking Dept. on dated 17th November 2015 on 13.30 & was informed me about Emergency Cancelation & Bank through Cancelation. For Bank through Cancelation no Deduction will be done & All the amount will be refunded by Jan 2016. She advised me that to inform Cancelation Dept. people “to tell continue up to 3 months” as well as to tell insurance people to continue the policy. She had also given me a phone number 03366001819 to ask about the Status after 15th January 2016. (Detail recording Conversion in attachment)

    I Got the 3rd call from HDFC Bank Cancelation Department on dated 17th November 2015 on 13.42 & was asked me about my Date of Bith, Card Number . He had assured me that all the deducted amount will be credited to me Credit Card by 3 Months. He advised me to tell the Insurance Company ERGO to continue the policy, so that HDFC Bank can close the policy on Banking Mode to refund me my deducted amount.     I got the 4th call from Neelam dated 17th November 2015 on 14.08 & conformed about my Mobile Number & about her boss’s conversion. (Detail recording Conversion in attachment)

    I got the 5th call from HDFC ERGO Company & as per the above peoples instruction I had told to continue the policy.

    Later on HDFC Bank Credit card division had enhanced my credit limit & Issued me new credit Card Money Back having the Card number 4893 7725 0222 8519 on February 2016 having the Validity up to February 2019.

    Again I had given several reminder to HDFC Bank Credit Card Division to know the status , but nobody informed me the complete information . By this process I got the Mental & Financial Harassment due to this type activity. Now I want to know Why you had closed the policy & not refunded my money as per your commitment till now & Insurance Deduction is going on till now. Kindly refund my money as per the commitment otherwise I will advise with my advocate about the legal action against you & I will complain at Consumer forum, IRDA, ombudsman etc authorities.

  8. Very poor customer service am chasing people from last one week. They are giving three to four number to contact but there is no use. No one is attending the phone.
