    I have been using the number (8450063705) for years and due to poor network I want to close this postpaid connection.

    I had paid the due amount which is Rs. 1030.00 and submitted my application form to a Reliance Mini store, atghara, chinar park, Kol-136 on 14th May’16. My datacard is in inactive state now.
    Just observed that again a bill has been generated for May’16. I have called the following numbers and not be able to make any complaint for this nor I am able to put my request for closing the connection hence requesting your help as soon as possible.

    1800-300-5555 -> Called this number and they have asked me to call 30333333 to lodge a complaint.
    3033-3333 -> Called this number but they didnt lodge a complaint number and asked me to call 98830-98830 to close the connection.
    98830-98830 -> Called this number but they told me that they can not close the connection as they r pre-paid customer care executives and they told me that I cannot call from any other number except Reliance number.

    So I am helpless now. Reliance Ministore are not helping me to close the connection as they cannot meet their KPI. I called today morning every customer care numbers but could not get any help from any one hence sending this mail to you to loadge a complaint and please close my connection (8450063705) asap otherwise I will not pay any bills which are generated.

    Appreciate for your help on this regard.

Made several complaints, technician visited, opined that more connections are provided in Dombivli area. Promised this problem will be solved but in vain.
