    1. Hello All,On March 1st week, I enquired a guy who is siittng outside my office for this Tata Photon + reg plans and package. He told me I have corporate benefits where I get discounts and device cost less than getting outside outlets. So I gave him 1500 bugs to get the device, he asked me a residential proof, I got a letter frm my hr and gave him the necessary details. He told it wil get activated in 24 hrs, but tht didn happen, so I called him n askd abt the activation, he told it wil get activated by tomoro thn I again I waited till nxt day but still nt activated. He keep disconnecting my calls, thn on 4th day a call from Tata photon saying that a welcome call, thn they activated it. Also they told me thy wud cme 4 verification. meanwhile I recevd 10 welcome calls stating my plans, I patiently attended every call. Aftr a week they send me a bill stating they billed for 2 days, as per the billing cycle.I paid that too .later on i waas nt able to connect to internet, I called customer care..they told me they barred my service..I ask y..they told me ur address verification is not done bt I told, none of thm came to my hme for verification n hw can u diconnect my service without my prior concern. they apologised and told tht they wud send a person latest by tomoro i waited..bt tht guy didn turn up..I again called cust care..this time I approces nodel officer..they told they wud def..wil send the guys for verification then a guy cme to my hme 4 verification..askng my address proof I told him i already submitted the proofs he told me thts different dept..u need to submit again i spoke to the cust care again n told him I already submitted..so y shud I submit again. He told its alright u need nt submit to him u sign those docs n give to him. Thn my conection was activated, the next day ..they again barred my service.. I called cust care and they told me tht I didnt attend welcome call..so they barred my service(hw silly it is)..i told him..i hav attended 10 welcome calls n even tht day morning i attended a call..I was so irate..he told Ill activate my service its activated the next day..again my service is barred..with all the hope ..i called cust care they told me this time..my address verification is negative my goodness a guy cme to my house and did all verification nw they say its negative???(its totally crap)..i spoke to the nodal officers n they told me it wil get rectified by nxt day ..this was last friday evening(apr 1st 2011) still now I havent received a call frm anyone n my service is nt activated ..i totally went out of control i lost my patience pissed off with their service n the reason they gimme for barring the service ..ITS TOTAL CRAP u won have peaceful life .if u get their device. I donno abt others bt its my practical exp..im new to blr so i donna any lawyers to sue Tata photon .

  1. that this form will be rejected hovweer I will activate the photon post paid connection for 100 mb free usage and in the mean while he asked me to submit my brother’s document ,I submitted my brother’s document after chasing the sales person who was not willing to come to collect the documents,after two days I see that my connection is not working and when I called the agency they told that the form was rejected again,I told him these are the exact same copy on which My brother took photon connection,he asked me to submit somebody else’s document and i did and finally it got activated,next day again I see it disconnected now they tell me that the latest documents which was accepted that particular user is a defaulter and so I have to pay the balance due to get the connection reactivated,I checked with my fried and he told me that accenture provided him the photon connection for four months and the device is now with Tata photon as accenture has disconnected the service and submitted the device back to photon company,but still he was receiving bills for which he again submitted application to disconnect the service,even afterthat he again receives a bill for 1250 which he refused to pay,technically speaking he can sue this comapny for making him defaulter,The catch is that when that sales rep told me to submit my brothers documnet I did not pay him the cash and paid through cheque which I got cancelled from bank as they asked me to pay 1850 that was the device charge + 1250 balance due .I told them that I dont need their connection and am waiting for them to come to my home so that I can throw the device on their face and sue them for their mental harrasment they have given me.Now lets come to performance tata photon is an average connection with too many complication (their rules) which only bothers the customer,I checked the speed of both MTS and PHOTON my PC and found out that MTS is far better ,the reason I did not like MTS because I really did not have time to pay the bills as the billing place was too fare now aperson will come from MTS office to collect the bills to my house and now I have started valuing MTS as it is 899 rental with 12 GB donload at 3.1 and photon was 5 GB at 875 rental.Look the customer srevice is not good any where but when compared to Photon I feel MTS is far better in each aspect.You should take stern action for the losses you have gone through.

    I have been sending so many mails on my problem with a Photon dongle and data card which we had ordered online on 6th June 2016 and not been able to use the facility.

    Since I have got a BSNL broadband installed, I do not need this product. I don’t expect a repair or replacement now.

    ETS 10000589 dated 03/07/16.

    My request is that I do not need you to get your product repaired or replaced as I have already made arrangements for an alternate broadband connection.

    I only need a refund of Rs2350 which I have spent on 7th June 16 as I had never got to use your product.

    I make it very clear to you. I don’t expect a mail with your clarifications/suggestions. I just need a refund of my money and nothing else.

    I guess you have not read my mail properly. I have been maintaining that I had never got to use your product since having purchased it online, and therefore, I would not be reachable on that number.

    Good morning and trust you are doing well..!

    First of thank you for the communication as below. Further, I would like to take you through some of my service experiences and responses by Tata Docomo.

    1. since I purchased Tata Docomo SIM for my devise for internet usage only, the device never worked in my home,office and in my mumbai office area( I was kept totally uninformed by the agent/service provider that TTML do not function in mumbai district)

    2. I would be very precise while saying that I had lots of telecalls, emails and communication with customer care department of TTML to address and fix the issues, and every time I got committed that engineer will come and do something.

    3. on the hope of service betterment I always paid the bills of TTML regularly without using the service( You may check my details in the record; Some of evidences I will try to find out in my data base)

    Nobody helped me,The esteemed organisation like TTML in which the most respected name of industry as TATA is mentioned they never gave service back up.

    Kind attention:
    1. after discontinuation request from my side and its confirmation from telecaller( I have evidence of it),still they billed Me for a month..So,I would like to tell you very frankly as a customer and professional person I would be unable to pay the same.

    2. I was hoping for something good but didn’t happen.I was about to post this issue on my 94 Whatsapp groups,highly active facebook account of 4500 friends,lots of groups and pages,twitter linkedin,Instagram..etc..but I think I was wrong.

    Finally, its very unfortunate that I came across this notice and feeling very sad that the protector and supporter of Law ,Honourable advocate sir has sent me this formal letter.

    Please let me know how we can proceed,because I am firm on my decision.
